Digital Downloads
- Policy: All sales are final.
- Due to the nature of digital products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless:
- The file is defective.
- An incorrect file was sent.
Fine Art Prints (Delivered Rolled)
Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Damage: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage.
- Printing Errors: Returns are accepted if the print does not match the ordered image.
- Color Variations: Slight color differences between on-screen images and physical prints are normal and not considered defects.
🚫 Returns for non-defective prints are not accepted.
Return Process:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Original Paintings
- Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Return:
- Packaging: The painting must be returned in the same condition it was received, using the original packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
🚫 Returns for non-defective paintings are not accepted. Because artwork is unique and subjective, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference.
- Return Process:
- As each painting is unique and original, no exchange is possible—only a financial refund.
- Contact us to initiate a return. Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
